Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Clips ("the App"), operated by Blossomn ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Clips, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Clips, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms and with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Clips on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA", available here). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs with respect to your licence to use the App.

Clips stores the things you copy and the snippets you create locally on your device, and — if you enable sync — in your own private iCloud. This content is yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and because we operate no servers that receive it, we have no access to it. You are solely responsible for the content you copy into and store within the App.

4. Purchases, free trial, and pricing

Free trial

Clips is free to download and includes a 30-day free trial with full functionality. When the trial ends, unless you unlock the App, Clips switches to a read-only mode: you can still view and copy your existing history, but capture, snippets, and sync are paused until you unlock.

One-time purchase

Clips is unlocked by a one-time purchase of US$89.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency), made as a non-consumable in-app purchase through the App Store. This is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge and nothing auto-renews. Your unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices at no additional cost using "Restore Purchases."

Billing & refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Prices may change for new purchases; any change will be shown in the App Store before you buy. We do not process refunds directly — refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual property

Clips, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Blossomn and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the App. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

6. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of Clips, and some updates may be required for continued use. We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support, although we intend to keep improving the App.

7. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use Clips. Your licence terminates automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may terminate at any time by deleting the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

CLIPS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that data (including clipboard history) will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOSSOMN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF CLIPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, OR US$50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, except where applicable consumer-protection law entitles you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms at https://clips.blossomn.com/terms. Continued use of Clips after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
